The ceremony for laying the first stone took place on Friday, October 18, 2024, at the construction site of our multifunctional project located at the entrance of Les Sables d'Olonne. Serving both as a reception area and a hub for the region, this project aligns with the city's strong commitment to structuring transportation at the level of the urban area and creating a sports and cultural center connected to the existing infrastructure at the city's entrance.

In this ecosystem, "Le Phare" will serve as a landmark for the new neighborhood, welcoming tourists and visitors to the Arena or the event plain. Two of the seven superstructure levels are convertible and will host offices upon opening. The top floor is designed as a belvedere open to the public and intended to house a restaurant with a view of the expansive landscape. A covered passage, conceived as a gallery, ensures a connection with the nearby hospital. This multifunctional building, showcasing mixed uses and reversibility, will soon resonate with the various facilities it complements.
