Hangar 105 - Delivery

Delivery of the Hangar 105 project, Rouen.

The project for Hangar 105 is part of the momentum to revitalize the docks on the left bank of the Seine. It establishes itself as a new destination accessible to all and proposes to engage in dialogue with these new urban practices. The program is diverse and open to the public space that it activates.

Here, the port is transforming and the city is reclaiming the river. Leisure, sports, and cultural activities naturally take possession of this "natural" landscape.

The architecture nurtures this link between the outside and the inside by creating a low stratum that is largely open and porous and a roof uplift at the attic level which extends the public space as a balcony overlooking the Seine and the landscape.
