The maintenance center for the new tramway line in the Le Havre agglomeration finds its coherence in the link it operates between the logic of the site and the construction logic, between environmental awareness and attention to usage conditions, in particular through the quality of light in the buildings.

Water, light, landscape as well as an economic attention to the energy production by the implementation of photovoltaic cells on the roof covering the pedestrian paths, bring the environmental stake into this project.

The infrastructure of the new tramway line finds its representation here in the city beyond the tracks, showing the attention paid to all, those who work there and those who use the tram.
