The Opale office complex ensures continuous order along avenue Jean Jaurès while extending in the depth of the plot, in the East- West direction, in order to establish a dialogue between the avenue and the thickness of the city. The architectural design of the project evokes different scales, combining public and private, various urban practices, access points, pathways, the square, the garden and the street, as well as the heart of the block and beyond, extending to future developments within the Nexans site up to Prégaudry Street.

The project offers built superpositions, different materialities, varied scales and a dialogue between the minerality of the buildings and the vegetal universe of the heart of the block. The Opale project also focuses on aligning urban, environmental and constructive considerations with the building's intended uses.

Each office has at least one opening window with movable aluminum sunshades at the back, allowing users to adjust the intensity of light according to the time of day and the seasons, and ensure natural ventilation of the offices. Constructive attention here joins environmental concerns. The facade filter is a technological tool which regulates solar gain, but also a pleasure tool which allows the uses and activities of the occupants to be expressed according to climatic and acoustic constraints.
